Check in time is anytime after 4:00 PM, and all confirmed reservations are guaranteed for late arrival. Check out time is 12:00 Noon; late checkout charges apply. All rates and packages are quoted in USD. Any particular bedding, floor plan, unit type, or location requests are based upon availability upon arrival. All rates are per room, maximum occupancy of four guests per bedroom. Must be 18 years of age to reserve and check in to The Villas of Grand Cypress. There is a $15 per night additional fee for cribs or rollaway beds, which are based upon availability. No meals are included with nightly room charges unless specified in specific package information.

Rates that are bookable through this website are not applicable to previously made reservations or previously organized group functions and are not valid for reservations of 10 rooms or more.

Deposit and Cancellation Information
A deposit of one night's room or package charge is required for all bookings at the time of reservation.

In the event of a cancellation with 72 hours or more notice from the arrival date, the deposit taken to reserve the room will be refunded in the original format that the deposit was received. Should cancellation occur within 72 hours of 4:00 PM of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is forfeited.

Taxes
Room taxes of 12.5% will be added to the nightly room or package charges unless otherwise included in the package.

Resort Fees
A mandatory Resort Fee of $18.00 per bedroom will be added to the nightly charge unless stated to be included in your package. The nightly resort fee is tax-inclusive and includes use of tennis courts at our Racquet Club, 9-hole Pitch 'n' Putt course, Health Club access, rock-climbing wall, resort bicycles, resort non-motorized boats, use of our driving range, and transportation to area theme parks and throughout the Grand Cypress Resort, and even wireless in-room high speed Internet connection.
