Dear Mr. Cox,

My family recently returned from another delightful stay at the Villas (Dec 14-20)  and I wanted to compliment you on the resort.

We have stayed at the Villas on quite a few occasions over the last 3 years or so and this visit was the best to date.

We have always loved the peace and expansiveness of the resort; it's such a treat in comparison with most of Orlando. The Villas are a veritable haven of serenity and luxury when returning from an action-packed day of theme parks or shopping! It is also so enjoyable to cycle or simply walk around the immense, beautifully-maintained grounds and relax.

The pool was also incredibly warm  - we were all able to stay in for ages just days before Christmas.

We really liked the newly-renovated 2-bed villa we were given and its position on the water and adored seeing so much wildlife around the place; lots of ibis and cranes and Florida turtles in the lake.

The other thing we appreciate is the excellent service. Your staff are generally excellent and extremely obliging – especially in the restaurants, housekeeping and shuttle service. Also, Rebecca Walsh in Reservations has always been most helpful and responsive – it's much appreciated.

We are already planning another return visit with our family next December, so please pass on my compliments to your team and we look forward to our next trip.
