Executive Meeting Center
The Executive Meeting Center offers four separate meeting rooms totaling 7,200 square feet of meeting space, which can be divided into eight self-contained, soundproof meeting and banquet rooms. The meeting rooms surround an open atrium and overlook a scenic garden terrace.
In addition to the Executive Meeting Center, our latest round of updates to the resort included a new, climate-controlled and fully outfitted pavilion. Located alongside the center, it offers an additional 3,280 flexible square feet of chandelier-lit seasonal meeting space, bringing our total flexible meeting space to 10,480 square feet.
For meetings of 10 people or less, our Villas are a great alternative to traditional meeting rooms. With space up to 2,700 sq. ft., smaller meetings will fit perfectly in our living or dining rooms. It produces a more intimate setting allowing for a more productive meeting.
Another option is the hold your meeting on the patio decks of the villas. For those wanting the fresh air of the outdoors, this is a perfect match. Take that meeting to another level by enjoying the Florida sunshine.
For something different, our versatile Equestrian Center features three rings with one covered, the largest outdoor covered arena in Central Florida. It is a perfect location for teambuilding activities and any major themed event. Let our staff assist you in arranging a unique Equestrian-themed show for your cocktail reception and/or banquet.
Nine18 is the ideal location for smaller intimate meetings. Our restaurant is equipped with black out screens along with audio/visual capabilities equipped to handle any meeting.
