Nancy Kemp, National Sales Manager (Mid-West)

Nancy Kemp began her hotel career 34 years ago with Hilton Hotels as an Executive Assistant and within three months was promoted to Convention Services Manager and two years later began her sales career.  Nancy's vast knowledge of the Orlando market has assisted her in achieving business from the Association, Corporate and Incentive markets.  

Nancy has become an immediate asset to The Villas of Grand Cypress.

Fun Fact: In her spare time, Nancy and her husband Allen, volunteer for many charity events and enjoy riding their Harley. They love their cats, Sam, Tuxie, Nickie, and Neeka.

Renee Beach, Sales Manager (Central Florida, West)

With over 20 years in meeting, conference, and event planning positions, Renee’s diverse background provides an unparallel level of experience and know-how to the team.  Renee has held management positions at renowned resort properties in New England and Central Florida.  Renee currently handles the Central Florida corporate market, Western states and small meetings nationally. 

A native of Portland Maine, Renee is a graduate of Westbrook College where she earned her degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Leadership.  In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering and spending time with her cat, Fenway. 

Fun Fact:  Renee's cat "Fenway" is named in honor of her favorite team, the Boston Red Sox.

Renee Goergen, Golf Sales Manager

Renee joined the Villas of Grand Cypress in 2011. She spent the previous five years as Golf Sales Manager at PGA National Resort and Spa. This is also where she began her passion for playing golf.  
 
Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, she received her Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Recreation Management with a concentration in Tourism Marketing, Sprots and Recreation Management from Niagara University in NY. A big sports fanatic, especially for Buffalo teams, she also worked as a game day promoter for Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, FL.

Fun Fact:  Renee is a certified scuba diver.

Monika Hofbauer-Baldwin, CMP, Sales Coordinator

Monika’s experience includes over 18 years in the hospitality industry along with being a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) for over 9 years.  She has a passion for hospitality which lead her to Walt Disney World Resort, then to Hello Florida, and the Kissimmee Convention and Visitors Bureau where she worked in Convention and Leisure Sales.

Born and raised in Oneonta, New York, Monika is a graduate of the Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island, where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.  She is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast. 

Fun Fact: Monika and her husband got engaged and married on a golf course and honeymooned at the British Open and played St. Andrews.
