The Villas of Grand Cypress offers guests secluded convenience, world-class amenities and a variety of accommodation options, all within walking distance of the 45 holes of the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course and unparalleled recreation.

The Club Suites are popular with both meeting groups and vacationers alike. Club

Suites, which average 650 square feet, consist of a spacious bedroom with separate sitting area, large luxury bath and either patio or veranda overlooking the fairways or waterways of the golf course.

“At nearly double the size of the standard luxury hotel room, Club Suites offer what we believe is an exceptional value, especially when you consider all their special features and amenities,” said Mark H. Cox, general manager of the Villas of Grand Cypress.

Among the special features that Cox cites are sunken sitting areas and bathrooms with separate shower and bathtub, telephones and built-in hair dryers. If even more space is desired, guests may choose one- and two-bedroom Villas featuring up to 1,700 square feet and including an oversized living room and dining room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Three- and fourbedroom configurations provide up to 3,100 square feet of space.

A variety of floor plans offer a choice of master suites, double/double or king bedrooms and such features as whirlpool baths and fireplaces. Each bedroom and living room has a remote large screen flat-panel TV.

Guests are pampered with such amenities as morning paper delivery, in-room high speed Internet access, valet assistance, 24-hour room service, complimentary shoe-shine service, complimentary transportation around the resort and to Walt Disney World®, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld theme parks, complimentary use of bicycles, the health club, 9-hole Pitch ‘n’ Putt course, driving range and non-motorized water sports. The 14,000 square-foot Executive Meeting Center provides an ideal location for

executive meetings and other group functions requiring special personalized services. The center, coupled with the Pavilion, offers over 10,000 square-feet of meeting space. Four meeting rooms can be divided so that as many as eight meetings can be conducted simultaneously in individual, soundproof rooms.
