The Club Sports Bar
Located in the Clubhouse, within The Club Restaurant, The Club Sports Bar is the perfect place to catch the game and reminisce over the day's game of golf or activities. A full bar and extensive wine selection await you each night, while all major sporting events are shown on our seven HDTV's throughout the bar. Open nightly until at least 11:00 PM.

Villa Pool Bar
While you relax by the luxurious Villa Pool, a full bar awaits you along with a menu of the perfect poolside snacks and healthy indulgences. Open daily, hours vary.

Trellises Lounge
Cap off a great evening with a cocktail in the relaxing 18-story atrium lobby lounge at the Hyatt. Open daily, 11:00 am to 12:00 midnight.

Sushi Bar
We are excited to announce the opening of our Sushi Bar at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, featuring Orlando's premier Sushi chef, Yoshi. The Sushi Bar is located in Trellises Lounge in the Lobby. Please call (407) 239-4700 for more information. Open 6:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday.

On The Rocks
Relax under the sunshine at the Hyatt poolside lounge, while sipping a refreshing beverage and indulging in our tasty menu. Join us for lunch, or an afternoon snack, and enjoy: fresh salads, sandwiches, sodas, water, beer, tropical smoothies and more. Open daily, 11:00 am to 6:00 p.m.

Hurricanes Lounge
Hurricanes Lounge is located inside Hemingway's, our Key West-style restaurant, overlooking our spectacular swimming pool and lush grounds. Enjoy a glass of wine from our extensive wine list of Uncle Ernie’s reserve and private stash wines before heading to your table for dinner, or end your evening with our signature drink, the "Papa Doble." Hurricane Lounge offers a full service bar and specialty martinis, tropical and blended drinks, as well as a tempting appetizer and bar menu for those looking for a light meal. Open daily, 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
