Check in time is anytime after 4:00 PM, and all confirmed reservations are guaranteed for late arrival. Check out time is 12:00 Noon; late checkout charges apply. All rates and packages are quoted in USD. Any particular bedding, floor plan, unit type, or location requests are based upon availability upon arrival. All rates are per room, maximum occupancy of four guests per bedroom. Must be 18 years of age to reserve and check in to The Villas of Grand Cypress. No additional charges for rollaways or cribs, which will be provided based upon availability upon request. No meals are included with nightly room charges unless specified in specific package information.
Rates that are bookable through this website are not applicable to previously made reservations or previously organized group functions and are not valid for reservations of 10 rooms or more.
Deposit and Cancellation Information
A deposit of one night's room charge is required for all bookings at the time of reservation. For all room-only rates this is equal to the first night's room rate, exclusive of taxes and resort fees. For all other packages, the deposit is equal to the first night's package cost.
In the event of a cancellation with 72 hours or more notice from the arrival date, the deposit taken to reserve the room will be refunded in the original format that the deposit was received. Should cancellation occur within 72 hours of 4:00 PM of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit is forfeited.
Taxes
All taxes are included in the special packages. For all Room-Only Rates, taxes of 12.50% will be added to the nightly charge.
Resort Fees
All resort fees are included in the special packages. For all Room-Only Rates, a mandatory Resort Fee of $15.00 per bedroom will be added to the nightly charge. The nightly resort fee is not taxed and includes use of tennis courts at our Racquet Club, 9-hole Pitch 'n' Putt course, Health Club access, rock-climbing wall, resort bicycles, resort non-motorized boats, use of our driving range, and transportation to area theme parks and throughout the Grand Cypress Resort, and even wireless in-room high speed Internet connection.

The Villas of Grand Cypress is pleased to offer you the ability to earn miles from one of our airline partners. Airline partners as of 08/01/2006 include: Alaska Airlines (500 miles per stay), Air France/KLM (500 miles per stay), American Airlines (500 miles per stay), ANA (500 miles per stay), Cathay Pacific (500 miles per stay), JAL (500 miles per stay), Qantas (1,000 miles per stay), United Airlines (1,000 miles per stay), Varig Brasil (1,000 miles per stay), Virgin Atlantic (1,500 miles per stay). Eligibility, miles earned, and program participation is subject to change at any time. Miles are typically deposited into your account within 4 to 6 week following your departure.
