Kevin Rosa, Director of Sales & Marketing
Kevin started his resort career at The Breakers in Palm Beach and from there continued on his 27 year hospitality sojourn through iconic resorts, such as The Greenbrier, Sea Island, The Sagamore Resort in Upstate New York and Turnberry Isle Miami. Before arriving at The Villas of Grand Cypress, Kevin was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Loews Don CeSar in St. Pete Beach, FL.
Kevin’s focus over the years has been the incentive, insurance and financial markets. He has been an active Hospitality Partner with FICP since 1996 and served on the Hospitality Partner Committee from 2004-2007. In addition, he enjoys the DC association market.

Dan Sullivan, National Sales Manager
Dan Sullivan joined the Villas of Grand Cypress team in 2015 with over 15 years of Group Sales experience selling other top resorts in the Orlando area. His strong corporate and incentive meetings background makes him a perfect fit here at the Villas of Grand Cypress as he handles the Midwest market.
Dan grew up on Long Island and graduated from Concord University in West Virginia. He has lived in Orlando for the past 15 years with his wife and two daughters.

Maura Dominguez-Zhang, Sales Manager
Maura Dominguez-Zhang is an industry leader in sales and marketing and luxury-tier hospitality. Maura is working with the Southeast and International markets. She has a bachelor degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and brings 19 years of experience from roles in travel industry sales, hotel operations and sales & marketing at some renowned hotels, including La Quinta Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton, Noble House Hotels, Biltmore Coral Gables, Kimpton Hotels and most recently at our sister Benchmark resort in the Caribbean, where she was awarded the 2014 Benchmark Attitude and Determination Award and 2015 Benchmark Platinum Club. She is big on innovation, creativity and continuing education; in fact, she became a CIS (certified incentive specialist) last year. Maura enjoys presentations and public speaking and has Facilitated roundtable discussions at MPI PEC and WEC, Guest speaker at FIU Hospitality Class, MPI SEC Sponsorship Co-Chair, MPI CAC Staff Writer on the award winning MarComm Committee online & printed newsletter, and Guest Speaker at Santo Domingo Destino Capital Congress (her birthplace). Most recently she has served on the 2016 - 17 SITE Florida & Caribbean Board of Directors, is the chapter’s current Newsletter Editor, and is the 2018 SITE Florida & Caribbean Chapter President-Elect.
Maura believes that work and play are interchangeable and networking has been key to building strong personal and professional relationships. During her “play” time, Maura enjoys music, yoga, reading, writing/blogging, a good selfie, wine, fashion, travel, being a tourist in her own town, charity events and spending quality time with her family and friends (especially her husband and their mischievous dog named Lucky).

Kaitlyn Pulliam, Wedding & Special Events Manager
Kaitlyn graduated in May 2016 with Bachelor’s degrees in Event Management and Public Relations from Florida Gulf Coast University. She spent her college years as a part of the Chi Omega Fraternity and continues as an active alumna.
Kaitlyn has planned many cheerleading competitions with Varsity Spirit Brands and has extensive wedding experience. Her hospitality career began with Naples Grande Beach Resort as an Event Sales Intern. She is a certified wedding planner through The Bridal Society.
Kaitlyn enjoys a great day at the beach, working out, living a healthy lifestyle, and looking for the best food spots in the central Florida.

Darin Hoff, Golf Sales Manager
PGA Certified Professional
A PGA Certified Professional and golf industry veteran of 28 years, Darin joined the Grand Cypress team in June of 2017 after spending the last 5 years as a Golf Sales Manager at Reunion Resort and Club in Kissimmee, FL. Previous to moving into the role of Golf Sales Manager, Darin spent the previous 11 years as a PGA Head Golf Professional at such acclaimed facilities including Fiddlesticks Country Club (Ft. Myers, FL), The Brickyard at Riverside (Macon, GA), and Arnold Palmer’s Bay Hill Club & Lodge (Orlando, FL). Through these experiences, Darin became specialized in golf operations, multi-event management, and creative high-end customer experiences.
Despite living in the southeast for the past 17 years, Darin still considers himself a Midwest boy at heart having spent time in Illinois, Missouri, Arkansas, Indiana and Michigan growing up. Darin’s love for golf began through his childhood friendship with PGA Tour player and multiple major champion, Payne Stewart. Away from the business, you can find Darin, his wife and two kids avidly following the Atlanta Braves, Indianapolis Colts, Big Ten basketball (especially the University of Illinois), and his various friends and former students across the PGA, Web.com, Champions and LPGA Tours.

Vinnie Cicerale, National Sales Manager
Vinnie Cicerale recently joined the Villas of Grand Cypress Team as National Sales Manager for the Northeast. Vinnie is returning to Benchmark Resorts and Hotels after a one-year hiatus, serving as General Manager for Homewood Suites by Hilton, Newark-Cranford. Prior to his GM stint, Vinnie spent close to three years at Benchmark’s The Heldrich, located in downtown New Brunswick, NJ, as Senior Sales Manager. Vinnie has also held various leadership sales and operations roles throughout the last 10 years.
A graduate of Fairleigh Dickson University with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Vinnie enjoys spending his spare time at home with his growing family, as he is father to a boy and girl, both under the ages of three. Once the kids are asleep, Vinnie enjoys playing middle infield for multiple slow-pitch softball teams in the Princeton and surrounding Philadelphia area leagues.

Julie Komurke, Sr. Golf Sales Manager
Julie joined the Villas of Grand Cypress Golf Resort in January 2011. With a degree from Rollins College and a history of playing collegiate golf she found a niche in the golf resort market.
Julie is responsible for selling 45 holes of Jack Nicklaus signature-designed golf, catering services and banquet facilities. Additionally, Julie is responsible for Membership growth and retainment. Julie was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida and she stays busy as the mom of two young boys.
