Banquet Rooms and Social Event Venues
The Villas of Grand Cypress' Executive Meeting Center features three options for ballroom and function space. We have up to 10,500 square feet in total in the center and since our banquet kitchen is located right within the facility, your group is always assured the freshest, gourmet-quality meals, all finely prepared and served by our professional catering services team right here in Orlando, Florida. There are many options to choose from, these are just a few.
Executive Meeting Center & Ballrooms
With 10,500 sq.ft. of meeting space, our rooms are designed to accommodate up to 240 people. We are able to provide the best venue possible for any occasion that you may have. The center is a seperate stand alone facility away from the main resort facility with adjacent parking of it's own. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows adorn much of the banquet space overlooking the beautiful greens.
St. Andrews Banquet Venue
The St. Andrews room can seat up to 240 banquet style and 300 reception style with beautiful views of the golf course and landscaped gardens. Adjacent to the St. Andrews ballroom is a beautiful terrace and deck ideal for outdoor receptions before and after dinner, or for an outdoor luncheon.
The Muirfield Ballroom
Indoors, the Muirfield room can accommodate up to 200 banquet style and 225 reception style.
Gleneagles Banquet Room
Gleneagles can accommodate up to 60 banquet style and 100 reception style. The Gleneagles ballroom can be seperated into four smaller rooms, each can accommodate small events for 10 or 30 people.
The Cypress Pavilion
They Cypress Pavilion, available seasonally, can accommodate up to 210 banquet style and 340 reception style. There are beautiful landscaped and covered walkways throughout the space.
Nine18 is the ideal location for dinner parties, wedding receptions, or special occasions. This fine dining restaurant seats up to 110 people and overlooks our beautiful Jack Nicklaus signature design course. It is the perfect setting that leaves a lasting impression.
Inside the Villas
Our 1-4 bedrooms villas are ideal for any event looking for an intimate setting. With villas boasting up to 2,700 sq. ft. of space, it is perfect for parties looking for that close interaction. Our villas come equipped with full dining and living rooms along with a full kitchen as well as an oversized patio deck. It is suited for family gatherings or a golfing trip with your buddies.
Patio Decks of Villas
Our oversize patio decks overlook our beautiful golf course and are perfect for barbeques and cocktails with your friends and family. Our patio decks are also great for small meetings where productivity is key while enjoying the Florida sunshine. You will right at home up arrival.
This is the spot to enjoy the Florida weather and party the night away. There is plenty of space to hold cocktail parties or receptions. Enjoy our pool side bar along with an oversized pool. It is perfect for parties looking to be outside and be worry-free.
Our Equestrian Center is great for theme parties and teambuilding events. With enough space to hold up to 400 people, this venue is suited for large programs or events.
